سورة Al-An'am ( The Cattle ) - English - Qarai - الآية 131 عدد الآيات 165

ذَٰلِكَ أَن لَّمْ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍۢ وَأَهْلُهَا غَٰفِلُونَ ﴿١٣١﴾

This is because your Lord would never destroy the towns unjustly while their people were unaware.
