سورة Muhammad - English - Qarai - الآية 24 عدد الآيات 38

أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَآ ﴿٢٤﴾

Do they not contemplate the Quran, or are there locks on the hearts?
