سورة Ash-Shura (Consultation ) - English - Qarai - الآية 41 عدد الآيات 53

وَلَمَنِ ٱنتَصَرَ بَعْدَ ظُلْمِهِۦ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ مَا عَلَيْهِم مِّن سَبِيلٍ ﴿٤١﴾

As for those who retaliate after being wronged, there is no ground for action against them.
