سورة Al-Mu'minoon ( The Believers ) - English - Qarai - الآية 18 عدد الآيات 118

وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءًۢ بِقَدَرٍۢ فَأَسْكَنَّٰهُ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ ذَهَابٍۭ بِهِۦ لَقَٰدِرُونَ ﴿١٨﴾

We sent down water from the sky in a measured manner, and We lodged it within the ground, and We are indeed able to take it away.
