سورة Al-Hajj ( The Pilgrimage ) - English - Qarai - الآية 39 عدد الآيات 78

أُذِنَ لِلَّذِينَ يُقَٰتَلُونَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ظُلِمُوا۟ ۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ نَصْرِهِمْ لَقَدِيرٌ ﴿٣٩﴾

Those who are fought against are permitted [to fight] because they have been wronged, and Allah is indeed able to help them
