سورة Al-Anbiya ( The Prophets ) - English - Qarai - الآية 95 عدد الآيات 112

وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ ﴿٩٥﴾

It is forbidden for [the people of] any town that We have destroyed [to return to the world]: they shall not return,
