سورة At-Taubah ( The Repentance ) - English - Pickthall - الآية 10 عدد الآيات 129

لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّۭا وَلَا ذِمَّةًۭ ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ ﴿١٠﴾

And they observe toward a believer neither pact nor honour. These are they who are transgressors.
