سورة Al-Qadr ( The Night of Decree ) - English - Mubarakpuri - الآية 4 عدد الآيات 5

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ ﴿٤﴾

Therein descend the angels and the Ruh by their Lord's permission with every matter.
