أَمْ تَسْـَٔلُهُمْ أَجْرًۭا فَهُم مِّن مَّغْرَمٍۢ مُّثْقَلُونَ ﴿٤٠﴾

Or is it that you ask a wage from them so that they are burdened with a load of debt
