أَمْ عِندَهُمْ خَزَآئِنُ رَبِّكَ أَمْ هُمُ ٱلْمُصَۣيْطِرُونَ ﴿٣٧﴾

Or are with them the treasures of your Lord Or are they the tyrants with the authority to do as they like
