سورة Al-Qadr ( The Night of Decree ) - English - Maududi - الآية 4 عدد الآيات 5

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ ﴿٤﴾

The angels along with the Spirit descend in it by the permission of their Lord with all kinds of decrees.
