سورة At-Takwir ( The Overthrowing ) - English - Maududi - الآية 29 عدد الآيات 29

وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿٢٩﴾

but your wishing will not avail unless Allah, the Lord of the Universe, so wishes.
