إِنَّ نَاشِئَةَ ٱلَّيْلِ هِىَ أَشَدُّ وَطْـًۭٔا وَأَقْوَمُ قِيلًا ﴿٦﴾

Surely getting up at night is the best means of subduing the self and is more suitable for uprightness in speech.
