سورة Al-Ma'arij (The Ways of Ascent ) - English - Maududi - الآية 11 عدد الآيات 44

يُبَصَّرُونَهُمْ ۚ يَوَدُّ ٱلْمُجْرِمُ لَوْ يَفْتَدِى مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِئِذٍۭ بِبَنِيهِ ﴿١١﴾

although they shall be within sight of one another. The guilty one would fain ransom himself from the torment of that Day by offering his children,
