سورة Al-A'raf (The Heights ) - English - Maududi - الآية 135 عدد الآيات 206

فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمُ ٱلرِّجْزَ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ هُم بَٰلِغُوهُ إِذَا هُمْ يَنكُثُونَ ﴿١٣٥﴾

But when We removed the scourge from them until a term - a term which they were bound to reach - they at once broke their promise.
