سورة Adh-Dhariyat ( The Wind that Scatter ) - English - Maududi - الآية 19 عدد الآيات 60

وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّۭ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ ﴿١٩﴾

and in their wealth there was a rightful share for him who would ask and for the destitute.
