سورة Al-Qadr ( The Night of Decree ) - English - Talal Itani - الآية 4 عدد الآيات 5

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ ﴿٤﴾

In it descend the angels and the Spirit, by the leave of their Lord, with every command.
