سورة At-Taubah ( The Repentance ) - English - Talal Itani - الآية 10 عدد الآيات 129

لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّۭا وَلَا ذِمَّةًۭ ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ ﴿١٠﴾

Towards a believer they respect neither kinship nor treaty. These are the transgressors.
