سورة Al-Burooj ( The Big Stars ) - English - Talal Itani - الآية 9 عدد الآيات 22

ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ شَهِيدٌ ﴿٩﴾

To Whom belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth. God is witness over everything.
