أَفَمَن كَانَ مُؤْمِنًۭا كَمَن كَانَ فَاسِقًۭا ۚ لَّا يَسْتَوُۥنَ ﴿١٨﴾

Is someone who is faithful like someone who is a sinner? They are not equal.
