سورة Ar-Room ( The Romans ) - English - Talal Itani - الآية 37 عدد الآيات 60

أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَٰتٍۢ لِّقَوْمٍۢ يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿٣٧﴾

Do they not see that God expands the provision for whomever He wills, or restricts it? Surely in this are signs for people who believe.
