سورة Al-Mu'minoon ( The Believers ) - English - Talal Itani - الآية 78 عدد الآيات 118

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنشَأَ لَكُمُ ٱلسَّمْعَ وَٱلْأَبْصَٰرَ وَٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةَ ۚ قَلِيلًۭا مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ ﴿٧٨﴾

It is He who produced for you the hearing, and the eyesight, and the feelings. But little gratitude you show.
