سورة Al-Baqarah ( The Cow ) - English - Talal Itani - الآية 205 عدد الآيات 286

وَإِذَا تَوَلَّىٰ سَعَىٰ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ لِيُفْسِدَ فِيهَا وَيُهْلِكَ ٱلْحَرْثَ وَٱلنَّسْلَ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْفَسَادَ ﴿٢٠٥﴾

When he gains power, he strives to spread corruption on earth, destroying properties and lives. God does not like corruption.
