سورة Al-Isra ( The Night Journey ) - English - Talal Itani - الآية 30 عدد الآيات 111

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ خَبِيرًۢا بَصِيرًۭا ﴿٣٠﴾

Your Lord expands the provision for whomever He wills, and restricts it. He is fully Informed, Observant of His servants.
