سورة Al-Qadr ( The Night of Decree ) - English - Hilali & Khan - الآية 4 عدد الآيات 5

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ ﴿٤﴾

Therein descend the angels and the Ruh [Jibrael (Gabriel)] by Allah's Permission with all Decrees,
