سورة Al-Burooj ( The Big Stars ) - English - Hilali & Khan - الآية 9 عدد الآيات 22

ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ شَهِيدٌ ﴿٩﴾

Who, to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness over everything.
