سورة Al-A'raf (The Heights ) - English - Hilali & Khan - الآية 99 عدد الآيات 206

أَفَأَمِنُوا۟ مَكْرَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ فَلَا يَأْمَنُ مَكْرَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا ٱلْقَوْمُ ٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ ﴿٩٩﴾

Did they then feel secure against the Plan of Allah. None feels secure from the Plan of Allah except the people who are the losers.
