سورة Al-Munafiqoon ( The Hypocrites ) - English - Hilali & Khan - الآية 3 عدد الآيات 11

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ءَامَنُوا۟ ثُمَّ كَفَرُوا۟ فَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ ﴿٣﴾

That is because they believed, then disbelieved, therefore their hearts are sealed, so they understand not.
