سورة Al-Fath ( The Victory ) - English - Hilali & Khan - الآية 23 عدد الآيات 29

سُنَّةَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّتِى قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلُ ۖ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّةِ ٱللَّهِ تَبْدِيلًۭا ﴿٢٣﴾

That has been the Way of Allah already with those who passed away before. And you will not find any change in the Way of Allah.
