فِىٓ أَدْنَى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُم مِّنۢ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ ﴿٣﴾
In the nearer land (Syria, Iraq, Jordan, and Palestine), and they, after their defeat, will be victorious.
