سورة Al-Qadr ( The Night of Decree ) - English - Daryabadi - الآية 4 عدد الآيات 5

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ ﴿٤﴾

The angels and the spirit descend therein by the command of their Lord with His decrees for every affair.
