سورة Ar-Room ( The Romans ) - English - Daryabadi - الآية 49 عدد الآيات 60

وَإِن كَانُوا۟ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِم مِّن قَبْلِهِۦ لَمُبْلِسِينَ ﴿٤٩﴾

Even though before it was sent down upon them, before that, they were surely despairing.
