سورة Al-Burooj ( The Big Stars ) - English - Arberry - الآية 9 عدد الآيات 22

ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ شَهِيدٌ ﴿٩﴾

God to whom belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and God is Witness over everything.
