سورة Al-Anfal ( The Spoils of War ) - English - Arberry - الآية 59 عدد الآيات 75

وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ سَبَقُوٓا۟ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ لَا يُعْجِزُونَ ﴿٥٩﴾

And thou art not to suppose that they who disbelieve have outstripped Me; they cannot frustrate My will.
