سورة Adh-Dhariyat ( The Wind that Scatter ) - English - Arberry - الآية 23 عدد الآيات 60

فَوَرَبِّ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُۥ لَحَقٌّۭ مِّثْلَ مَآ أَنَّكُمْ تَنطِقُونَ ﴿٢٣﴾

So by the Lord of heaven and earth, it is as surely true as that you have speech.
