سورة Ar-Room ( The Romans ) - English - Arberry - الآية 37 عدد الآيات 60

أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَٰتٍۢ لِّقَوْمٍۢ يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿٣٧﴾

Have they not seen that God outspreads and straitens His provision to whom He will? Surely in that are signs for a people who believe.
