سورة Al-Anbiya ( The Prophets ) - English - Arberry - الآية 95 عدد الآيات 112

وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ ﴿٩٥﴾

There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return
