سورة Ar-Ra'd ( The Thunder ) - English - Arberry - الآية 39 عدد الآيات 43

يَمْحُوا۟ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ ﴿٣٩﴾

God blots out, and He establishes whatsoever He will; and with Him is the Essence of the Book.
