أَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ وَقَدْ جَآءَهُمْ رَسُولٌۭ مُّبِينٌۭ ﴿١٣﴾

How is it possible for them to accept guidance, whereas a Noble Messenger who speaks clearly has already come to them?
