أَفَمَن كَانَ مُؤْمِنًۭا كَمَن كَانَ فَاسِقًۭا ۚ لَّا يَسْتَوُۥنَ ﴿١٨﴾

So will the believer ever be equal to the one who is lawless? They are not equal!
