سورة At-Taubah ( The Repentance ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 106 عدد الآيات 129

وَءَاخَرُونَ مُرْجَوْنَ لِأَمْرِ ٱللَّهِ إِمَّا يُعَذِّبُهُمْ وَإِمَّا يَتُوبُ عَلَيْهِمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌۭ ﴿١٠٦﴾

There are still some others whose affairs await the dispensation of God. He may punish or pardon them, for God is all-knowing and all-wise.
