سورة At-Taubah ( The Repentance ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 10 عدد الآيات 129

لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّۭا وَلَا ذِمَّةًۭ ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ ﴿١٠﴾

They have no regard for kinship or treaties with believers, for they are transgressors.
