سورة Al-Anfal ( The Spoils of War ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 59 عدد الآيات 75

وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ سَبَقُوٓا۟ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ لَا يُعْجِزُونَ ﴿٥٩﴾

The infidels should not think that they can bypass (the law of God). Surely they cannot get away.
