سورة Adh-Dhariyat ( The Wind that Scatter ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 38 عدد الآيات 60

وَفِى مُوسَىٰٓ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ بِسُلْطَٰنٍۢ مُّبِينٍۢ ﴿٣٨﴾

As (there was) in Moses when We sent him to the Pharaoh with clear authority.
