وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَٰهٌۭ وَفِى ٱلْأَرْضِ إِلَٰهٌۭ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ﴿٨٤﴾

He is God in heaven and God on earth, and He is all-wise and all-knowing.
