سورة Ash-Shura (Consultation ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 12 عدد الآيات 53

لَهُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌۭ ﴿١٢﴾

He holds the keys of the heavens and the earth. He increases or decreases the provision of any one He will. He has knowledge of everything.
