سورة Fussilat ( Explained in Detail ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 7 عدد الآيات 54

ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَهُم بِٱلْءَاخِرَةِ هُمْ كَٰفِرُونَ ﴿٧﴾

Who do not give a due share of their wealth for the welfare of others, and do not believe in the Hereafter.
