سورة As-Saaffat ( Those Ranges in Ranks ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 8 عدد الآيات 182

لَّا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى ٱلْمَلَإِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ وَيُقْذَفُونَ مِن كُلِّ جَانِبٍۢ ﴿٨﴾

So that they are not able to listen to the angels of higher (echelons), and are pelted from all sides
