هَٰذَا بَيَانٌۭ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًۭى وَمَوْعِظَةٌۭ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿١٣٨﴾

This is a clear declaration for mankind, and a guidance and a warning for those who preserve themselves from evil.
