سورة Al-Ankaboot ( The Spider ) - English - Ahmed Ali - الآية 62 عدد الآيات 69

ٱللَّهُ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ وَيَقْدِرُ لَهُۥٓ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌۭ ﴿٦٢﴾

God increases the means of those of His creatures as He please, or limits them for whomsoever He will. He is certainly cognisant of everything.
